The key four leadership - Lodge Chief and Vice Chiefs of Program, Finance, and Communications are elected annually at Fall Conference and serve one-year terms. The Vice Chiefs of Elections, Service, Unit Relations, and Leadership Development are appointed by the lodge chief.
